However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have a clear and concise return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
1. We cannot accept returns except for defective products. Defective products are defined as those with manufacturing defects, such as an airless pump container not working.
2. Since our products are skincare items, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or wrong selection.
3. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
4. In order to process your return, please provide us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
5. Once we receive the returned product and confirm the defect, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
6. If there are extenuating circumstances, such as an allergic reaction to the product, please contact us and we will do our best to find a resolution.
